Each floor accommodates two thoughtfully planned apartments, offering two- and three-bedroom layouts with areas ranging from 90 to 120 m². Designed with a modern architectural language, the project features clean compositions, refined proportions, and carefully selected cladding materials that enhance its urban presence.
